The barn has 20 stalls, 12 of which are filled. There is one large, lighted indoor arena, and 3 outdoor arenas (including a round pen).
There are also 20 outdoor paddocks, 2 5-acre fields, and 1 20-acre field. The other 65 acres are raw land, unused.
